Restaurant Owner Information

When a restaurant creates or manages a Munch Menu account, we may process:

Guest Information

When a customer places an order through a restaurant's QR menu, we may process information the customer chooses to provide, such as:

Customers are not required to provide information that the restaurant's ordering flow does not request.

Munch Menu allows restaurants to provide QR codes that customers can scan to access a restaurant's digital menu and ordering system.

Scanning a QR code may allow us to associate an order with information such as:

• Restaurant
• Table
• Order session
• Selected menu items
• Order status

Restaurants are responsible for the information they choose to display through their Munch Menu account.

Munch Menu may support different payment preferences depending on the restaurant's configuration.

Where customers choose pay at table or pay at counter, Munch Menu records the selected payment preference as part of the order.

Munch Menu does not collect or store customers' card numbers, CVV, banking passwords, UPI PINs, or other online payment credentials through the basic ordering flow.

If payment functionality provided by a third-party payment provider is enabled in the future, payment processing may be handled directly by that provider and will be subject to that provider's privacy practices.

Restaurants using Munch Menu may collect or configure information through their menus and ordering flows.

Restaurants are responsible for:

• The information they request from guests
• Their menu content
• Their use of customer information available through their account
• Providing any notices required for their own business operations
• Handling customer requests that are directed specifically to the restaurant

Munch Menu provides the software infrastructure that helps restaurants manage digital menus and orders.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share or provide access to information when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Munch Menu services
• Process and manage orders
• Provide technical support
• Maintain our infrastructure
• Protect Munch Menu and its users
• Comply with applicable legal requirements

When a guest places an order through a restaurant's Munch Menu menu, information related to that order may be available to the restaurant operating that menu.

• Customer-provided phone number

Guests should avoid entering sensitive personal information into order notes or other fields that are not intended for such information.

Munch Menu is a restaurant ordering service and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.
