What are the Munch Menu Terms of Service in short?
By using Munch Menu, restaurants agree to use the service lawfully for QR menus, table ordering, and related operations. Access may be invite-only and subject to the Restaurant plan (currently ₹499/month). Guest meal payment is collected by the restaurant (pay at table or counter), not processed online by Munch Menu.
The service
Munch Menu provides software for digital menus, table QR ordering, kitchen order status, and related restaurant tools. Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, food safety communications, and fulfilling customer orders.
Accounts
Owners must keep login credentials secure and ensure staff access is appropriate. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.
Payments
Guest orders use pay at table or pay at counter — payment is collected by the restaurant, not processed online by Munch Menu. Restaurant subscription fees may be handled separately through our billing process. Refunds and settlement for guest meals follow your restaurant policies.
